NXRIP is free during public testing. To use the tester version, open the License menu in the app and activate your testing license.
NXRIP builds gang sheets, generates controlled white underbase, AI-upscales low-resolution artwork, converts transparency into printable halftone, checks common file problems, and prepares RIP output for supported Hoson and BYHX printers.

Most customer artwork is not production-ready. The time gets lost before printing: fixing bad files, building gang sheets, controlling white, dealing with transparency, and trying not to waste film.
Basic choking can erase thin white lines or remove the white backing that thin dark details need.
Tiny PNGs, blurry JPEGs, screenshots, transparent borders, and random PDFs all need attention before print.
Bounding-box nesting leaves dead space around irregular artwork. That is film you paid for but never printed on.
Smoke, fades, glows, shadows, and soft edges do not print as real screen transparency on DTF.
NXRIP focuses on the ugly daily prepress work that DTF shops actually deal with: white, nesting, low-resolution files, transparency, copy counts, and job preparation.
NXRIP uses DTF-specific white generation and trim logic instead of a dumb global choke. Fine white lines, small text, hairline details, and thin dark areas can keep the white support they need while reducing unwanted white overbuild.
NXRIP supports both standard rectangular nesting and advanced shape-based nesting. Use rectangular nesting when the job needs predictable layout. Use shape-based nesting when irregular designs should fit tighter on the sheet.
NXRIP can AI-upscale low-resolution raster artwork before printing. It does not magically recover the original file, but in real DTF work it can turn many pixelated, muddy customer files into cleaner, more usable prints.
NXRIP converts transparent effects into printable halftone patterns. The goal is simple: keep soft artwork effects alive on fabric instead of turning them into hard edges or losing them completely.
NXRIP can extract files, split multi-page PDFs, crop empty transparent margins, read copy counts from filenames, run preflight, nest the artwork, generate the white layer, and prepare output for supported printer workflows.
NXRIP can handle many of the repetitive steps before production. The operator still controls the printer, media, profiles, and final approval.
Drop ZIP archives directly. NXRIP extracts the files and prepares them for checking and nesting.
Multi-page PDFs can be split into separate print items and placed into the job workflow.
Use filename patterns to apply quantities without opening every file manually.
Low-resolution raster artwork can be detected and AI-upscaled before printing.
Semi-transparent effects can be converted into printable halftone output.
Build the gang sheet, generate white underbase, and prepare RIP output for supported systems.
This matters. A DTF RIP should not pretend to control the whole production line. NXRIP removes file-prep friction before printing.
The point is not decoration. The point is fewer manual clicks before the print job starts.
Simple, human explanations of the NXRIP tools that save time in everyday production: file intake, gang sheets, preflight, white, transparency, and output preparation.
Open a single design, a ZIP archive, a folder, or a multi-page PDF, then let NXRIP help turn the order into a production-ready gang sheet.

Read guideNXRIP is being tested with common Hoson and BYHX-based DTF printer setups.
Built for Windows-based DTF production workstations.
Tester support for common Hoson DTF configurations.
Tester support for BYHX i3200-based systems.
Download the tester build, open the License menu in the app, and activate your testing license.
Download the Windows tester build or macOS beta DMG, run your own DTF files through it, then open the License menu in the app and activate your testing license.
Download ready-made starter color configs for common i3200 6-pass DTF setups. These are not universal profiles — test them with your own printer, ink, film, powder, and curing conditions before production.
