Artwork recovery

Transparency halftone

Keep soft edges soft—and make them printable.

Continuous alpha looks beautiful on screen but needs a printable structure on film. NXRIP converts translucent detail into a controlled dot pattern and keeps the result visible for review.

Routine work

An optional watched-folder workflow can wait for stable supported files, import them, apply configured preparation, and queue work without treating partial or invalid sources as finished jobs.

If output cannot be trusted, the job should not look successful.

Warnings remain visible. Missing prerequisites, invalid settings, and failed output operations stop with an explicit reason instead of silently substituting a degraded result.

Is NXRIP free?
NXRIP is currently free during public testing. Download the tester build and create a tester license from inside the application.
How do I activate the tester build?
After installation, open the License menu in the app and create a tester license. The activation flow is available directly inside NXRIP.
Does AI upscaling restore the original artwork?
No. It can create a cleaner production candidate from weak raster artwork, but it cannot recreate information that was never present. Review the result before output.
Can I use it for paid production immediately?
Test the build with your own files, printer configuration, ink, film, powder, profile, and curing workflow first. The operator remains responsible for final production approval.
Which printer systems are currently covered?
The current tester targets common Hoson i3200, i1600, and XP600 setups, plus BYHX i3200 configurations. Exact compatibility can depend on the board, firmware, output mode, and production setup.
